I've worked with Pro Lux in the past for repairs on my roof and recently I finally decided to get a new roof. Based on my last experience with them last time for the repairs, I knew this was the company I had to go with. They're professional and their customar service is excellent. I was very impressed once again, they're always on time, left my place very clean, respected my property and worked hard. I was referred to Michael for hurricane windows, and I'm so glad I made the call. He scheduled a visit right away, and when he came over, he took the time to explain the entire process and the materials they use. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. The team at ProLux provided outstanding communication throughout the entire project. Camila kept me included on every email sent to my HOA, and they handled all of the paperwork and coordination, which made the process completely stress free. The installation team was professional, efficient, and left my home spotless. There wasn't any dirt or debris left behind, which I really appreciated. I couldn't be happier with the experience. If you're looking for hurricane windows, I highly recommend giving ProLux a chance you won't be disappointed. Michael offers excellent value, and the level of service is truly hard to beat. I had my all my old awning windows replaced by Pro Lux. The service and customer service was impeccable, and beginning to end communication was excellent. I finally decided it was time for a new roof after putting it off for months. My coworker recommended Pro Lux. They just finished up on the job and everything went very well. From my initial call to the post-job clean up, the entire team was always on-time, super communicative and a breeze to work with. The quality of work was fantastic and it got done on time. We wanted a back deck added to our home before Easter Sunday. Of course, we waited until the week before to do anything. Every contractor in the Sunrise, FL area was booked up, but Pro Lux Construction.
